Events at the Tower Rental Fees
Our site rental fees vary based on the anticipated number of guests as well as the services we provide. Please allow us to generate a custom proposal for you based on your specific needs whether your event is for 50 or 2500+ guests.

Beverage and Bar Service
'Hosted' Beverage Service: Can be billed on a per person basis and include standard or premium bar, domestic and/or imported beers, a wide selection of wines, soft drinks and bottled water.
Limited Hosting: We'll quote you a price for drink coupons to be given out to your guests and then open the bar for additional sales.
'No Host' / Cash Bar: At your request we can open our bars on a COD basis for guests who wish to purchase a beverage.
